Is there a way to "ressnd" a message that has been filtered out by the Milter-Greylist? Where do the messages go for the que when they come in?

Greylisting, does not queue
Greylisting, does not queue messages. The filter will always reject mail temporarily on a first attempt, then accept it after some time has elapsed. Greylisting works by assuming that, unlike legitimate MTA, spam engines will not retry sending their junk mail on a temporary error.
